Important Information:
When you place an order and order goes into production and is then sent out for shipment.
All orders are held for 24 hours before being sent to production. This is done to reduce fraud, check orders for quality and allow customers to make changes to their orders.
If your order is urgent, chat with our support team and they will do their best to submit your order into production earlier.
The order production time depends on several factors, such as time of the year, product stock status, and order size.
Almost all orders are shipped within 2-7 business days from the order submission date. That being said, it is important to note that the exact production time can differ from order to order.
On occasion, the order fulfillment may take longer than initially expected. This may be caused by one of the following:
- The garment is out of stock and needs to be ordered from the supplier (if the delay is just a few days, the print providers do not necessarily inform us).
- The product did not pass the post-production quality check and needs to be reprinted to ensure a high-quality standard.
- The order contains 12 or more items.
However, if your order hasn’t been updated or shipped within 7 business days, please get in touch with our Support team for a status update.
Unfortunately, the production time (fulfillment) cannot be expedited. However, you may want to consider a shipping upgrade.
Express shipping timeframes
Express shipping within the US: 2-5 business days.
International express shipping: 3-7 business days.
You can request an upgrade at any time, yet there may be instances where we may deny your shipping upgrade request.
Tracking information
As soon as the tracking information becomes available, it will automatically update your account and you will receive an email with the tracking number (if applicable).
Returns & Refunds
If there is a problem with an order and/or the received products, please get in touch with the Flavourful Support team within 30 days of product delivery. Flavourful offers a free replacement or a refund in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error.
The refund will cover the production and shipping costs of new orders, or it can also be refunded to the same payment source where it originally came from.
In case a replacement order is arranged, there is no need to send the original order back to us.
Please note: If the order shipping details were incorrect, or if the customer ordered the wrong size or color, Flavourful will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You are responsible for entering the right information.
